How do we ship?
We ship via US Postal Service Priority Flat Rate with two to three day delivery.   The price of all our products includes shipping by this method.
 
How do you get a design made of your company or team logo?
Contact us at pitsdesigns@yahoo.com and tell us what you want.  If you have a photo of the design you want embroidered on your bags, please attach it to the email.  Also, tell us what colors duck cloth you want.  We will create a sample and email you a photo. Once you approve the design we will begin working on your bags and have them ready to ship within two days of finalizing your order and receiving your cleared payment.  

What methods of payment do we take?
We accept PayPal. If you have a PayPal account then you already know what to do. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card. When you checkout your order, you will be asked if you have a PayPal account and given the option to either create one or use your credit card.
 
How long does it take to make a custom embroidery design?
In some cases, we may already have a design in our library that fits your specifications. In that case we will have your bags ready to ship within two days of receiving your cleared payment. If we have to create a design, it can take from two days to a week depending on the complexity and clarity of the photo or graphic provided.
 
How much do our bags weigh?
We use an electronic postal scale and get each bag as close as possible to 15.5 oz.
 
What are our bags filled with?
We fill our bags with dried, shelled, whole kernel corn. We freeze our corn for three or more days at subzero temperatures to help eliminate pests.

Damaged or Defective Items
We will gladly replace any unused items received with a defect or damage which occurred during shipping (crushing, water damage, etc).  Please contact us within 7 days at pitsdesigns@yahoo.com with a description of the damage and a photo, and we will replace the affected items.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
Unused and undamaged items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price or to exchange for a different item within 30 days of the sale.  
 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost to ship exchanged items will be invoiced to the buyer.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be unused and undamaged.   Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items which have been damaged or show any signs of use or abuse.  Refunds and exchanges will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
